- Articles of Incorporation: (pdf) The articles of incorporation were filed with the Florida Department of State to legally create the corporation. This legal document contains general information about the corporation, such as the business’s name and location.
- Bylaws: (pdf) The bylaws mainly consist of procedural rules by which our community operates. This legal document includes items such as rules for conducting and noticing meetings, conducting elections, adoption of budget.
- Declaration / Protective Covenants: (pdf) The declaration is a set of rules, policies, and procedures that are meant to maintain the uniform look of the community and keep the area inviting and attractive. This legal document includes items such as, building setbacks, allowable structures, where can you park your vehicles, how many dogs/cats/cows are allowed per household, etc.
- Throughout 2022/2023 your BOD and the Association’s attorney have been discussing and incorporating suggested changes to the Declaration and Protective Covenants.

- Should you have feedback regarding the PDF-draft’s content, please visit this page to submit your comments for consideration.
- Throughout the remainder of 2023, into early 2024, regular BOD meetings and dedicated town-hall style meetings will provide Q&A style platforms to ensure the community is in support of the proposed enhancements.
- The intent is then to vote to adopt the proposed changes at, or soon after, the 2024 Annual Members’ Meeting.
