As you know, Hurricane Ian is fast approaching the Gulf of Mexico and is projected to
make landfall along the West coast of Florida. Please monitor all federal, state, and local agencies and news sources for up-to-the-minute tracking of the hurricane and direction on personal safety. Please take all precautions and listen to the advice of the professionals.

Please remove any objects from your property that could become projectiles and store them safely within your garage. Examples include (but not limited too): flags, lawn furniture, play equipment, etc.

As the storm approaches, the gates may be placed in the ‘open’ position until the storm passes and it’s safe to close the gates. This is to prevent additional damage to the gates but also to allow emergency entrance and exit by residents and emergency crews if needed for routine or hurricane emergencies.
