Our Shadow Run, a resource for the residents of Shadow Run Subdivision, is provided by the Shadow Run Homeowners Association, Inc (SRHOA).
Shadow Run is a unique development in Riverview, Hillsborough County, Florida. Each home site is at least one acre, every home is different in architectural design and most are upwards of 2300 square feet.

Shadow Run is divided into two segments, east and west, and both sections center around the Shadow Run dam which forms the northern boundary of Lake Grady. The dam provides a serene, beautiful area enhanced by many species of wildlife. Many more acres, titled the Donneymoor Preserve, have been designated as a wildlife and forestry refuge by Hillsborough County.
Deed Restrictions provide guidelines for the maintenance of yards, residences and common areas. Due to diligent enforcement of the deed restrictions, property values are among the highest in southern Hillsborough County.
The Shadow Run Dam Corporation (SRDC) was formed in March of 2000 for the sole purpose of maintaining the integrity of the dam. The SRDC is a non-profit corporation managed by a Board of Directors who offer their time and effort to ensure that the dam is properly maintained. SRHOA INFORMATION
SRHOA Board Meeting
Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7 PM at a location that is convenient for the homeowners (e.g., the Riverview Library, the Riverview Civic Center, etc.) and are also available via Zoom. Because not every monthly meeting will have an in-person location, please check the “Upcoming Events” tab for the most accurate time, location, and Zoom link.

Contribute to your neighborhood by joining the board, a committee, helping at a community event, or donating a few hours a year to help with events or special projects.
This opportunity allows you to link your individual talents and interests to association needs. You will meet some of your neighbors and have fun, too!
Residents of the community are invited to volunteer for committees they have an interest and can make a contribution to our neighborhood. In order for these committees and events to run smoothly and be brought back each year, we need help from the residents in our neighborhood!
